 David Warren Following in the family tradition, David spent eight years in the Royal Navy before leaving the seas and returning to his native Glasgow. Having gained the Diploma in Roofing in 1987, David now has more than twenty five years’ experience within the industry, working in various aspects of the business including manufacturing, distribution and contracting. "I was fortunate that when I joined the industry, there were a lot of knowledgeable characters who had spent most of their lives working with roofs and I learned a great deal from them," he claimed. "They were so enthusiastic about roofing and it rubbed off on myself. I have also witnessed a lot of changes within the industry over the years and none more so than the introduction of the Dry Fix products which eliminated the need for mortar on the roof. The range is increasing every day and it is important to keep abreast of all new developments and products.
